Landscape Maintenance Foreman

Are you a goal-oriented, self-motivated leader with a passion for landscape maintenance?  Do you have experience managing individuals and caring for plants? Lizer Landscape is seeking to add two experienced maintenance foremen to our professional landscape maintenance team.

Prospective candidates should posses... a high school diploma (or GED equivalent), a valid drivers license with a clean record, have a minimum of one year experience supervising employees and two years performing landscape maintenance, and posses or be able to acquire a commercial aplicators license within one month of employment.  Bilingual capabilities is an industry plus.

Candidate will be responsible for...  maintaining landscapes for our high-end residential and commercial properties.  Duties will include weeding, watering and fertilizing plants, IPM, pesticide care, pruning, dead-heading flowers, planting and maintaining annual flowers, and nurturing our relationships with each client.

Base pay is comensurate to experience and will vary between $12.00 and $17.00 per hour. 

This position is full-time with work weeks ranging from 35-60 hours/week.  Typical work weeks are Monday-Friday with occasional Saturdays based on work-load and weather.
